AchieveGlobal UK was established in 1972 and is located in Richmond-upon-Thames. It is one of the leading training and development organisations in the United Kingdom and we provide a wide range of solutions to address the wide range of business issues UK organisations face. They offer both specific business issue project implementation as well as comprehensive curriculum design for longer term corporate change.
Our approach is to offer integrated solutions across business functions. We combine consulting with learning and development to help translate strategy into results. Our process begins by clarifying your strategy, analysing processes and performance metrics, and then engaging your people in the change through management training and frontline learning and development. However, we are focused on meeting our clients "where they are", and provide solutions to address performance gaps at any stage within this process, and in relation to cross-functional, company wide issues as well as business unit performance challenges. Highlights
We have been asked more and more to look at being able to respond to outsourcing requests from major organisations for their learning and development programmes and have recently been appointed by major cable network and a large financial capital organisation to take responsibility for their learning and development.
We have implemented a curriculum of sales programmes for the fast track graduate scheme of a major IT hardware supplier to help them prepare for becoming high performing sales managers and hence increase the sales competitiveness of the company.
We have worked with a major logistics organisation to create rapid growth and the attainment of stretching sales targets, against the backdrop of a merger.
We have implemented a wide scale customer service change programme with a major retail bank, training over 8,000 in a 12 month period.
